The brother and father of convicted murderer – Vickrum Digwa have been charged together with Digwa with possessing an arsenal of 22 weapons.

With Digwa (murder of Henry Nowak) and his mother – Kiran Kaur (assisting an offender) already having being convicted of serious offences, the fresh charges laid on 2 June 2026 mean that all four publicly identified members of his Nihang Sikh family are accused of criminal conduct.

In this video, Vickrum Digwa can be seen performing a sword duel with his brother Gurpreet Digwa at Southampton Gurdwara.

Vickrum Digwa has been accused of possessing six offensive weapons, including a flick knife, an extendable baton, knuckledusters, a machete, Japanese chain weapons and swords at his Southampton home.

Gurpreet Digwa was charged with having an extendable baton, a kirpan and an axe in his car.

Their father –  Moga Singh is accused of possessing a baton, knuckledusters, a flick knife, swords, Japanese kusaris and a machete at his family home.

The weapons charges for all three have been adjourned to 9 July 2026.
